After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.

Shipping Schedule:

CELGEN BIOTECH ships orders every Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed after Monday morning at 9 AM will typically be dispatched the following week to minimize the time plants spend in transit.


Estimated Delivery Times:

Shipping transit times vary, with an estimated delivery window of 5-15 days depending on the destination. Remote areas or pin codes with less connectivity may experience the longer end of the delivery range.

Partnering with Reliable Couriers:

CELGEN BIOTECH has partnered with leading courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and the Indian Postal Service to ensure efficient and safe delivery of all plant shipments across India. All orders are dispatched via surface transport to guarantee that plants arrive in optimal condition.

Tracking Your Order:

Tracking information is provided via SMS and email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam folder.

Order Tracking:

1. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
2. Delivery Updates: Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.


Handling Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives with significant damage, please contact CELGEN BIOTECH within 24 hours of delivery. While minor damage, such as torn leaves or small branch breaks, is expected and can be pruned by the customer, severe damage should be reported immediately. Please send pictures and a short video clip of the damage to info@celgenbiotech.com to initiate a replacement or resolution. Ensure the plant’s barcode tag is visible in the footage. Rest assured, any damages to plants that occur during shipping are insured and replacements will be quickly arranged after we receive proper evidence.


Heat Waves Advisory:

Due to extreme heat waves typically from May 15th to June 30th, CELGEN BIOTECH suspends shipping to prevent heat damage to the plants. Orders placed during this period will be scheduled for shipment after June 30th when temperatures are more conducive to plant transport.


Cold Weather Advisory:

In regions experiencing severe cold, CELGEN BIOTECH offers insulated packaging to protect the plants. This precaution helps ensure that your plants arrive healthy, regardless of the weather.


Plant Guarantee:

CELGEN BIOTECH offers a six-month thrive guarantee, ensuring replacement if the plants do not perform as expected, given they have been cared for correctly. Please contact us with your order number to discuss any plant performance issues.


Terms of Service:

CELGEN BIOTECH delivers healthy plants and cannot assume liability for the plant’s performance post-delivery or for issues arising due to environmental stress, planting errors, or maintenance failures.


Refund & Replacement Policy:

CELGEN BIOTECH handles issues with plant orders on a case-by-case basis. We require prompt notification post-delivery to address any concerns effectively. Returns of plants are not accepted; however, replacements may be considered for eligible cases.


Shipping Modifications:

For added security, request ‘Delivery Confirmation’ at checkout for a minimal additional charge, ensuring direct receipt of your order.


Pre-Order and Seasonal Shipping:

Pre-orders for seasonal plants are managed according to the optimal planting time for your region, with specific shipping dates provided as the order date approaches.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

 1. Domestic Shipping: We offer domestic shipping within India and its region. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
 2. International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated as per estimates received from shipping company as actual.
3. Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges.
