Origin & Variety Information:
Ambika Mango, also known as CISH-Ambika, is an Indian mango hybrid developed from Amrapali × Janardan Pasand. It was developed by ICAR-Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Lucknow.

Ambika is valued for its regular bearing habit, attractive fruit colour, late maturity, firm dark yellow pulp, scanty fibre, and good table purpose quality. The fruit generally develops bright yellow skin with an attractive dark red blush under suitable sunlight and growing conditions.
